Need support with managing stress? I offer one-on-one coaching to help you discover the most effective way to reduce stress in your life and navigate your path to better health.
Each session focuses on where you are with your health right now. Among the things we explore are:
How stress affects your life.
What's important to you.
What has worked and not worked in the past.
What solutions are best suited to your unique situation.
How many sessions we work together depends on where you are and what you want to accomplish, but a typical coaching partnership may last three months or more.
Click the "Book a Session" link in the header and create a login to schedule your free 45-minute initial consultation. Following the initial consultation, you can book additional 30-minute 1-on-1 coaching sessions by clicking the same button.
All sessions are online (Zoom, Skype) or by phone. The initial consultation is a free session. Additional sessions are $100 per session and are payable using Venmo or PayPal.
